Purpose of the Job and KPAs
- Ensuring and monitor FSPs compliance with legislation.
- Financial statements and statutory returns analysis
- Conduct on site visits as part of supervision approach.
- Draft reports for review or investigations.
- Mentorship and training.
Requirements:
- An LLB or B Com or B Tech degree
- 5 years relevant experience
- Financial Services Industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the FSR Act and understanding of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Act of 2002.
- Experience regulatory framework will be an added advantage.
