Salary: R1 460 000.00
Role Summary and Outputs
- Responsible for the institution’s mandate implementation and operations management including deal origination, deal flow, structuring and implementation etc
- Grow solid strategic partnerships and ensure business development.
- Assess eligibility and viability of new applicants.
- Prepare investment proposals preparation i.e risk, financial models, motivation etc.
- Oversee disbursement, implementation and other issues that may arise regarding legal, credit risk etc.
- Ensure visibility is maintained through various engagement – workshops, outreach etc.
Qualifications and Experience
- Finance Postgraduate qualification.
- Corporate finance, end-to-end deal structuring and investment analysis experience, including development finance, venture capital, and SME funding
- Credit risk, financial modelling, and valuation experience as well as
